UPDATE: There appears to be no mouse button. Weird. 

UPDATE 2: Rumors are swirling that this may be another photoshop job. As always, take with a grain of salt.

That looks awesome! but i think its photoshopped, the edge of the glass/display and the silver bezel look a bit off.
